Setting the service

What is the process of setting up the service for the first time ?

Setting up the service for the first time consist of:

  1. Ordering the desired service throughout online store

  2. Once the service is ordered, you will receive a notification email confirming the payment.

  3. After couple of days (depending on your address) you will receive an adapter and instructions how to connect the system.

  4. You will connect the adapter to your Internet modem on one hand and your phone on the other. Once the adapter will be connected to power supply you are good to make the phone calls.

I connected the adapter as required but the service does not work

There are several steps to confirm your adapter is properly set:

  1. Please check the adapter is on (the power light on adapter front panel should be on)

  2. Please check the Internet cable is connected to adapter and to Internet modem/router. Depending on Internet modem/router, please verify the cable connected to one LAN rather than to WAN ports.

  3. Please check your Internet properly works on the Internet modem/router

  4. Assure the phone is properly connected and works 

  5. In case none of the above points applicable, please contact us for further support through CONTACT page

Making calls

My system is properly set but I can't make calls

  1. Please check the adapter is on (the power light on adapter front panel should be on)

  3. Please check the Internet cable is connected to adapter and to Internet modem/router. Depending on Internet modem/router, please verify the cable connected to one LAN rather than to WAN ports.

What are the countries covered in the plan ?

In total, under the call plans we offer, we provide calls to more than 50 destinations.

Please refer to our PACKEAGES page where you will find the full list of countries covered in the call plans.

Can I call to countries not listed in the call plan ?

Yes you can. However, if the country you call is not in the list, your call plan can be significantly shorter than 4 months. In this case, in order to be able to use your call plan, you will need to renew your call plans much often.

What happens if I call more than 100 minutes in total to mobile phones (from the list) ?

If calls duration to mobile phone numbers, exceeds the total of 100 minutes/month, your call plan will be shorter than 4 months. In this case, in order to be able to use your call plan, you will need to renew your call plans much often.

Call plans

What are the calling plans exist ?

There are basically 2 plans:

 

  • Outgoing calls – this plan allows you to make phone calls to any of the countries supported by our system

  • Outgoing and Incoming calls – in addition to outgoing calls, you can be reached by anyone on the world at your phone number we will provide.

Both plans are offered for periods of 4 months or 12 months where for 12 months a discount of more than 20% applies. Please visit our ONLINE STORE for more details.

Is there a contract I sign with you ?

No. there is no contract signed. You purchase call plans for 4 or 12 months. Your decision.

What are the incoming phone numbers can you offer ?

 We offer incoming phone numbers from almost all countries in the worlds. Please contact us through CONTACT page and indicate the country and the city the phone number you are willing to obtain. We will assess your request and answer you shortly.

How do I order an incoming phone number ?

The call plan that consist of outgoing and incoming calls in our ONLINE STORE consist of a DUTCH phone number.However, shall you be interested to order a phone number from other country rather than from the Netherlands, please contact us through CONTACT page and indicate the country and the city the phone number you are willing to obtain. We will assess your request and answer you shortly.

Can I order an incoming phone number after I ordered only outgoing calls plan ?

Absolutely. Please contact us through CONTACT page and indicate the country and the city the phone number you are willing to obtain. We will assess your request and answer you shortly.

What happens if I call to landline or a mobile phone in a country not listed in PACKAGES page or call more than 100 min in total to cell phones from the list ? Will I get an invoice or a bill to pay ?

No. There will be no bill or invoice sent to you. Instead your package will be shortened accordingly.For example: you purchased a 4 month package from our ONLINE STORE. Right after setting your account, you decided to call for 20 minutes to a country not listed in PACKAGES page. In this case, no additional costs will be added to what you already paid. Instead, your plan will not be 4 months, but less, in accordance to automatic calculation our system will do.

How will I be notified when my call plan will end ?

At least 1 week before your plan will expire, you will receive an email from us notifying you to renew your calling plan.

I purchased a call plan for 4 months. What happens afterwards ?

After your call plan has expired, and unless you purchased a new one, your service will not be operational. In other words, you will not be able to make or receive (in case you purchased also this option) calls.

I purchased a call plan for 4 months for outgoing and incoming calls. Can you keep my incoming phone number in case I decide not to purchase a new call plan ?

No. We can’t. In order to keep your incoming phone number, you need to purchase a new call plan in advance.
